HENI is an international arts technology business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, printmaking, digital, film, and art research. We utilise cutting edge technology and focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography, an online art trading platform, and cryptoart using our NFT ecosystem.

We are now looking to expand our team and hire an experienced technical recruiter who would lead the upcoming vacancies across our extensive data, technology and developer teams. This is a varied and autonomous in-house role, in a dynamic and fast-paced business. Unlike larger corporates or agencies who focus on stats or KPIs, we put greater emphasis on quality of service and strive to provide solutions to commercial problems. We are open to new ways of approaching things and welcome innovative ideas.

Provide constructive advice using your experience in technology industry
Actively drive direct sourcing through headhunting, effective job adverts, and LinkedIn connections
Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team throughout
Recruit high calibre candidates from screening CVs to interviewing and offer management
Instruct and work with recruitment agencies where necessary, negotiating beneficial commercial terms before engaging with new suppliers
Act appropriately as a representative of the business, maintain excellent candidate experience and branding
Contribute to other ad hoc projects as required
Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in tech-related vacancies
Prior in-house recruitment experience would be preferable, particularly if gained within tech start-ups or small tech businesses
Stakeholder analysis and management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organised, emotionally intelligent, and down to earth
Ability to stay calm, cope with ambiguity, and juggle multiple tasks and roles
Comfortable working remotely and able to consistently collaborate with the team through video calls, instant messaging etc.
